What to include in your email

What will be deleted

After receiving your request, we will delete:

  • Your Nova Health+ account

  • Your contact details (email, name/nickname)

  • All data associated with your device

  • Any backups, if they exist

  • Technical identifiers used for app functionality


Deletion timeline

We process account deletion requests within:

30 days of receiving your email.

You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been permanently deleted.


Important
