This Privacy Policy describes how NOVA GROUP GLOBAL 1969 SLU (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects your personal information when you use the Nova Health application (“App”) and related services.

Nova Health is a consumer wellness application designed to work with the NovaCardio wellness device and provide personal wellness-related insights.
The App and device are not medical devices and are not intended for diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing any disease.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We only collect information necessary to operate the App, connect your NovaCardio device, provide user wellness-tracking features, maintain security, and improve functionality.

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Email address

  • Name or nickname

  • Account credentials (if registration is required)

  • Any data you manually submit (tags, labels, notes)

1.2 Wellness-Related Data (Non-Medical)

When connected to the NovaCardio consumer wellness device, we may collect:

  • Non-medical cardiac rhythm recordings

  • Device signal data

  • Time and date of recordings

  • General device wellness indicators

  • Metadata required for connection and trend visualization

These recordings are not medical measurements and are processed solely for informational and general wellness purposes.

We do NOT analyze or interpret data for medical outcomes.

1.3 Device and Technical Data

  • Mobile device model and operating system

  • App version

  • Bluetooth state and connection identifiers

  • IP address (for security and anti-fraud purposes)

  • Device language and region

  • Log files and diagnostic information

1.4 Error and Performance Data

We use Sentry to collect:

  • Non-identifiable runtime errors

We use Firebase Analytics to collect:

  • App usage events

  • Feature engagement metrics

  • Aggregated, anonymized analytics

These services may receive device-level identifiers.

  • Time of connection to the device

  • Frequency of feature usage

  • General App performance metrics

We do not collect geolocation unless explicitly required and enabled (and currently we do not use geolocation at all).

  • Support messages → up to 12 months
